Janome Quilt Binder Set for 9mm Machines

Love this quilt binder! I think putting the binding on my quilts is my least favorite part. I would finish quilts and sometimes they would sit for weeks waiting for the binding to be added. I purchased this and I can't believe how fantastic it is. It is so easy to use. I accidentally purchased the wrong one for my Janome 8900 so the foot that it came with wouldn't work. I started using my acufeed foot with this binder set and it works perfectly! Actually I think it helps feed the quilt though better than a regular foot. This one is the correct model for the Janome 8900.You cut your fabric into 2" strips and sew together making one long strip. You take off the plastic bobbin cover and insert this into place. Tighten and a few screws, insert the fabric strip and your quilt and you are good to go. It is amazing how fast you can get done. It folds your strip for you so you don't have to press it first. I only press the seams where I joined them together. You can also use the decorative stitches that your machine has to attach the binding to the quilt. Using this makes adding binding so simple and FAST! I watched a few videos online to get a really good understanding on how to do the corners and didn't have any problems when I first attempted it. I really would recommend this to anyone who asked!
